We all need a bit of motivation once in a while to do the things we know that we must do, in this case losing weight. So I was thinking that this could be a place for us to help hold each other accountable, celebrate our successes, and help each other stay focused.
The first 9 people that are interested in participating in this with me will be added as contributors on this blog, each of us will have our own page, and from there we can post our goals and action plans. I would like to keep it public so that people can cheer us on and help us stay positive along this road.
